Welcome to Mindfulness Daily

Welcome to this 40 days of mindfulness series. I am Navine Chhuon and I’ve created this powerful 40-day program designed to help you change your perception of stress and anxiety, live with greater wellbeing and more clarity. Importantly, you will learn how to relate to difficult and challenging situations with more ease and wisdom. I’ll introduce the key practices in the foundations of mindfulness training as well as some elements of positive neuroplasticity.

Over the next 40 days, you will receive reminders to access your teaching and guided meditation audio of the day in your inbox. The aim is for you to listen and practice every day, so that you can slowly integrate mindfulness in your daily routine. You will be provided with practices that you can apply straight away in your daily life.

Both are like the 2 wings of a bird in mindfulness. Once we start our journey in mindfulness, not only our lives will be enriched, but there’s a positive ripple effect on to the world and the healing that it is so needed.
